SDR Manager
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role building and owning the outbound engine at a YC-backed, AI-first HR tech company that recently closed a Series A round. You will manage and grow a team of SDRs, coach them to hit pipeline targets, and shape the outbound function from the ground up at an exciting inflection point in the company's growth.
What You'll Do
Manage and coach a team of SDRs and BDRs day-to-day, running 1:1s, reviewing calls, and holding the team accountable to pipeline targets.
Own CRM hygiene, sequence management, and activity tracking across the team using tools including Clay, Amplemarket, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Build and refine outbound playbooks, messaging, and processes as the team scales from 2 to 6 or more reps.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and Account Executives on sales enablement assets, ICP refinement, and campaign strategy.
Report on team performance and pipeline health to leadership, identifying what is working and driving continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
3 to 6 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience, with 1 to 2 or more years managing or leading SDR or BDR teams.
Proven track record building or scaling an SDR function in an early-stage or resource-constrained environment.
Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and document team performance metrics.
Proficiency with sales engagement platforms and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Apollo.
Experience building and optimising outbound sales processes, cadences, and messaging.
Background outbounding to HR buyers or experience in the HR tech space is a strong plus.
Familiarity with sales analytics, pipeline forecasting, or revenue operations is advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: £75,000 to £85,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
Based in London, England, United Kingdom. This is a hybrid role.
