Oracle Fusion Financials Functional SME

Inabia is seeking a Managing Applications Consultant – Oracle Cloud Finance to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is designed for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Financials Subject Matter Expert with deep functional knowledge across Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, and Enterprise Contracts modules. The ideal candidate brings 12–14 years of Oracle Cloud/Fusion Finance experience and excels at solution design, client engagement, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud Finance solutions spanning AR, Advanced Collections, Enterprise Contracts, and related Fusion Financials modules
• Perform functional troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex Oracle Fusion Financials issues
• Lead client-facing engagements including requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and stakeholder presentations
• Configure, support, and optimize PaaS solutions and integrations within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem
• Apply staffing domain expertise to tailor Oracle Cloud Finance configurations to industry-specific business processes
• Provide SME-level guidance on Oracle Cloud Finance best practices across the full implementation lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional teams to deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance solutions
• Produce high-quality functional design documents, test cases, and end-user training materials

Key Qualifications

• 12–14 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud/Fusion Finance functional experience
• Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounting and Receivables, Advanced Collections, and Enterprise Contracts
• Demonstrated experience with PaaS solutions and Oracle Cloud integrations
• Staffing domain experience
• Proven functional troubleshooting and solution design skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Extensive client-facing consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud Finance transformation programs
• Familiarity with additional Oracle Fusion Financials modules beyond core AR and Collections
