Business Development Manager – Japanese Market
Overview
A regulated global FX/CFD broker is hiring a Japanese-speaking Business Development Manager, fully remote, to build IB and affiliate networks and drive new client acquisition in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage IB and affiliate partnerships in the Japanese market
- Identify, recruit and onboard new partners, traders and IBs
- Generate leads through partner networks, affiliate channels and social media
- Build long-term partner relationships that drive trading activity
- Monitor and report on partner performance
- Track industry trends and competitor activity in Forex/CFD
Requirements
- Native/fluent Japanese and English (C1)
- Proven BD, partnerships or sales experience in Forex/CFD
- Existing Japanese IB/affiliate/trading-community network highly preferred
- Good knowledge of MT4/MT5 or similar
- Target-driven with strong relationship skills; works independently
